Then we had all the wood floors on the entire ground floor of our home redone - what a messy job! But Jean and his team did their best to keep the dust to a minimum. "They found my floors to be too wet to install the flooring when they gave me an estimate.  They had a second employee stop by with another meter to double check the wetness of the floors.  Then they were kind enough to leave a Driez electronic moisture counter with me to show the company who dried the floors that they were still damp.  They left the mositure meter with me for several weeks until the wetness issue was resolved to my satisfaction.  Their knowledge and customer service spoke volumes about their company.  They went above and beyond to help me out with a very stressful situation.

"Fred and his crew did a magnificent job installing hardwood downstairs and blending it into existing 18 year old flooring. They also installed hardwood on entire 2nd floor. Also they stained all shue molding to match the floor. We cannot express enough how great the flooring looks also out of 5 estimates they were $1200 lower than the 2nd lowest price.
