We finally just finished it ourselves. He did a great job on the wood floor. Missed finishing nail holes and didn?t feather the wall paste well. He had to keep asking him to come back and fix it. Which he did and was very polite, but it wasn?t a cheap job and was expecting more."

Allow 24 to 30 inches of width per person for comfortable seating and at least 36 to 42 inches of clearance behind the bar for movement. Permit requirements vary by location, but generally include building permits for structural changes, plumbing permits for wet bars, and electrical permits for new circuits or significant wiring work. Some municipalities also require inspections during and after construction.
