"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Very professional in bidding and executing the job. Kyle Morris on bidding and Josh Hunt on job oversight. Team of 11 replaced the old and installed 38 squares for the new roof in 7 hours. Good clean up and trash removal. Very efficient in all respects. Good communication throughout the process and everything done as promised. I could have found a cheaper bid but feel the quality materials and professional installation coupled with a long warranty justify the price. I highly recommend them."

It was a pleasure from the start with Brandon who did the Initial Inspection, The communication from the Office staff as the Project moved forward. The installers were Timely, Professional and Amazing to watch. The Clean-up at the end of the Day was detailed to the point of using a Magnetic rake to Gather any nails that may have hit the ground during the old Roof removal, and Lastly Karl who was the Job Supervisor During Install. "Johnny called me same day, on the weekend and drove right over. He checked it out, told me what he thought was the cause, and then asked me when I was free to do the work. He ended up saving me about 800 dollars from a previous inspection because they (Not J&J Roofing) wanted to replace the whole side instead of the just the source of the leak. Johnny, then came over the NEXT morning on his day off to fix my roof because of my hectic schedule! He was very professional, punctual, and matter of fact. Would definitely recommend him to any one needing roofing done!"
