Nate did everything from replacing seating straps on porch furniture to replacing screen panels on our screened porch to changing front door hardware to replacing toilet seats to replacing screened porch light fixtures to taking down a wall mounted TV (and the mounting device) to moving furniture, to replacing all door stops, to setting a hinge pins on doors to running an errand to Lowe's, etc, etc. His attitude was great. "Milex Constuction came to my home the same day I called for an estimate. Mr. Alex was very thorough in explaing how the work would be done. I feel they listened to my concerns & paid special attention when working in those areas. They are very knowledgeable, not only about product and process, but also handling insurance claims. The job started out a little rough because of the weather. It turned out to be the hotest 2 days of the summer! Still everything was completed in 3 days and the clean up was treated just as important as the roofing job itself. The workers are a dedicated bunch who worked till dark when needed. All the guys are very polite and extremely dedicated to their work. Mr Alex's referal to the exterior painters was also a spot on choice. Now that the outside is done, Time for some inside drywalling!

"We needed a new fan installed in our guest bathroom and contacted Premier Resources. Chris Plevniack and his father came out to the house the next day to assess our situation. After going into the attic, they found a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Chris showed us photos he’d taken with his phone in the attic---neither of the two bathroom fans were actually discharging outside—they were spewing humidity into the attic! In addition, there was an area of mold brewing. Needless to say this became a bigger project than we’d intended but we are very happy with the results. Chris was super responsive (by email and texting, which I really appreciated). And they were able to accommodate our need to get this work done prior to a guest coming to visit. Chris and his dad were really careful not to track any dirt into the house—they put plastic and tarps on all the carpeted and hard floor areas they would be traveling. And they cleaned up so that it was hard to tell they’d even been here! Chris kept us regularly informed of the progress during the 2+ days of work. He also gave us some good advice about other areas we might need to attend to in the future. It was easy to tell that these two guys were perfectionists and did things the right way—metal ducts instead of the flexible kind (with double insulation), venting directly out of the roof instead of through the soffits, repositioning of the fans, cleaning off the mold and sealing the wood, etc. We were also impressed with the final patching and painting job on the textured ceiling of both bathrooms—Chris’ dad did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Premier to anyone considering any remodeling—they are pleasant, responsive, reliable and they’ll do the job right!"
