"This is THE company to use. I had an old 1907 wooden house sitting on a decaying brick foundation and needing a sister foundation installed and a complete seismic retrofit. Even during the bidding process, Brad from Alpha was extremely attentive without being assertive. I contacted four other companies although one I eliminated since they charged a fee for inspecting. Alpha was very timely with their bid and flexible when I needed help with the budget. All the way through the process, every single person at Alpha was extraordinarily good at customer relations, returned emails immediately, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. Whenever there was a slight change to the original plan due to permitting or a plumbing adjustment, Alpha was very proactive and made sure everything was communicated clearly and promptly. I have really NEVER worked with a company that had such excellent communication skills. This is really one reason I selected them to do the work and, even though they may not have been the least expensive, it is worth the extra price for this reason alone. And Alpha Structural's work speaks for itself as well. Everything was done precisely and well beyond code, an unbid section of foundation was provided under the front porch without increase to the budget, and all materials used were of the highest quality. The project went on somewhat longer than estimated due to permit changes and a short weather delay but was still finished in a timely way. My home is our family's largest asset and it is a great relief to now know it is sitting on a solid foundation. "I recently used John's services again. This time it was to install a gas line to the pool heater. I had serval quotes and several suggestions for the "best" way to install it. John was the last person I called, I had actually called him for a recommendation as I thought it was not what he usually does. His quote was slightly higher than the others, however, he presented an option that none of the other plumbers could offer. He performed the job trench-less by drilling a horizontal hole under the concrete. By doing so, he didn't have to rip up a bunch of concrete and landscape. So going back to cost, I think it is a nets out or even saved some money this way as we didn't have to deal with a bunch of trench aftermath. This wasn't a small job and it wasn't cheap either so you have to put a lot of trust in the person doing the work. I put my trust and confidence in John and his team and they delivered."

"A pipe in the attic started leaking around 9:30 pm. I left messages with about 3 plumbers to see if they could come the next day. Steve was the first to call back at around 8 am the next morning and said he could come at 10 am after another job. He came around 10 and was friendly and professional. He was familiar with this type of leak, saying it is fairly common with the copper pipes and the new additives in the water. He fixed the leak in less than 2 hours and cleaned up well. We had other less pressing issues for him to do and he said he'd call back that night to set up a time. He called and we scheduled for the following afternoon. He installed 2 new shower faucets that were dripping due to worn out washers and replaced a corroded pipe in our water heater. Everything was done in a timely manner and he cleaned up at the end. He listened well and didn't pressure us into any unnecessary work. We will use him again. <br />"

"<p>I had several plumbing jobs that needed to be done and I had been procrastinating for way too long. I called Cody and asked if he could come by for an estimate. He was able to squeeze me in the next day, AND he showed up right on time. My home is 30 years old and none of the bathroom fixtures had ever been replaced. There was a lot of rust and corrosion inside the fixtures and several were not working. Cody checked the showers, toilets and bathroom sinks and gave me an estimate of $703.00. The only thing I needed to buy was the fixtures for the sinks, but he supplied all other parts and fixtures. Because of my work hours, I thought I would have to wait a couple of weeks before I could schedule the work, because my schedule is so inflexible, but Cody offered to come by at 5pm just a couple of days later so I wouldn't have to take time off of work to get the repairs done. Cody and Anthony showed up on right at 5pm on the scheduled day and they had all of he work completed in 3 hours. Since he had to caulk the shower fixture, and it would take 6 hours to dry, he offered to caulk one, and come back the next day to caulk the other so we could use at least one shower tonight. I told him it was no big deal, since we all shower in the morning anyway, but it was very considerate of him to offer. When he checked my dishwasher, he found out that the person who originally installed it did no do it correctly and this was what was causing the problems (HUGE relief, because I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new dishwasher). </p> <p>After all of the work was completed, he advised me that the total would only be $675.00, not $703.00 because it turned out the sink fixtures I purchased came with supply lines attached, so he didn't need to charge me for them. I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism. Cody an Anthony provided amazing customer service, were accommodating of my schedule and respectful of my time, they completed the work quickly and at a fair price. "From my first phone call to the final inspection, Henricks was prompt, professional and performed high quality work. Henricks only used their own employees for all of the work, they do not use sub-contractors. The first day they showed up on time, and performed high quality work. The job site was always clean and tidy at the end of the day. Their estimate for the time to complete the job was right on, and I could not believe it only took them two days to complete the plumbing. Their dry wall repair crew was also prompt, and did great work. Their customer service, and follow up was outstanding. When they scheduled the inspections, and the work crews, they were very courteous and prompt. Their follow up was on the ball, they always returned phone calls immediately. The property they worked on for me is a rental property and they were very nice and respectful of my tenants as well. I would definitely use them again for any other re-pipe needs."
