He was the only contractor to give me a detailed written estimate, which was also lower than the two other verbal estimates I received. Mike also included some needed structural upgrades & other current building code requirements. The final inspection by San Francisco building department is scheduled for Monday, 6/13/22. Joe gave us a fast turn around and started work within days after we signed our contract. His communication with clients excellent. West Roofing came exactly when they said they would. They used laser leveling to repair sags and restore the slope and the rotted sub-roof as well as added a very needed additional drain. They installed all new scuppers and flashing as well. The crew worked tirelessly through a heatwave and completed the job on time. They were conscientious, pleasant and always gracious. I'm not sure you could really ask for anything more. Joe followed up with us to make sure that everything met our expectations and provided us with everything we need to get our LADWP Cool Roof program rebate.
