"It's like a family business-- I've never had anyone that provided such good services. I had leaks coming into my bedroom from the attack due to bad winds blowing off shingles. Even though they were pretty busy business wise, they were able to sneak me in and get the job done before there was more bad weather. They kept in fantastic communication and even sent me cookies! I feel completely comfortable asking questions and speaking with their crew. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and it looked better than when they started! Since my husband and I can't get to the roof, the crew took pictures of the job when it was finished and transferred them to my phone so we could be confident that they did what they said they would. "We used SAL to do tile work in our kitchen.  We needed 7 new windows in the back of our house due to some storm damage as well as new cedar siding.  We live in an older home and come to find out the old windows were covered in lead paint.  Obviously this made us very nervous and concerned and we wanted this lead issue corrected immediately.  SAL has all the certification to handle LEAD abatement and successfully removed and replaced our windows.  The windows were done in conjunction with the siding on the back of the house. Our house is mainly brick on the front and sides. We had cedar clap siding that was damaged by a storm on the back of the house. SAL suggested that we use cement siding to replace the damaged cedar. SAL & his crew did a wonderful job, not only installing the windows & siding but cleaning up. They actually cleaned my entire house from top to bottom with special vacuums and cleaners to ensure the lead dust was removed. We are so pleased with SAL & his crew. At first we thought the price was high but after seeing all the extra work it takes to deal with lead we are confident the price was fair. Thanks again and job well done.

"The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."

I wasn't sure this would end up to be a good idea but, it turned out a very pleasant experience. They did it all from start to finish. They spent the first day and a half gathering the trash and debris left by the tenants. They must have pulled four trailers worth of mess out to the dump. Then they went through the whole place; removing nails from the walls, doing the patchwork on the plaster and lathe (where we wanted it repaired and pulled out where we wanted drywall replaced), sanding all the spots and removing the mess. Then they started in with the heavy repairs in the putting in a couple of windows and hanging the drywall where needed, they taped off all the walls, fixtures and windows to ready it for paint. After painting and waiting for it to dry; then they started outside clearing out the brush and debris left behind. They also worked to dress up the yard with great ideas like window boxes and fresh flowers! . They did all the paint work inside the house and finished up by touching up the outside paint. They went back through the house last time and shampooed the carpets, cleaned the stove and fridge, and put fresh new chalk in all the needed spots. I know I may not have all the right terminology but, these folks Really saved the day! When they left the place was spotless and the time and money we spent was well worth giving up the headache of that mess to someone else and finding they'd done a great job! Wonderful!"
