I would like to take this time to share my experience with Ultimate Window and Siding in the handling the warranty work that they inherited as a result of the new business adventure. Office manager Lloyd was spot on in helping me with a problem I had with one of my windows that was installed in 2020, Lloyd was the sale person who came out and was very instrumental in my decision to purchase 9 windows for my home, needless to say his assistances in helping me rectify my problem with one of the window was immeasurable. With that said technicians Gary and Noah arrived on site and replaced the window, both guys were very professional and did an outstanding job from start to finish. "If I could give this company a zero I would. The problems began with the person driving the demolition machine that was tearing the old hardwood flooring up. He drove the machine into my entryway wall leaving a big hole, he broke my door frame leading from the entry way to the guest bath and master bedroom. This person did not have the decency to inform me of the damage he caused. The machine splashed dirt and glue on the walls and doors throughout the areas where he was demolishing the floor.The other 2 young men tried to clean the dirt & glue off the walls and doors after I brought it to their attention but did not do a good job. I called the owner of the company to advise him of the problems and not to send the 3 Stoogie's back to my home. he assured me that everything would be repaired, I advised him I was going to have someone come in and do the repairs he insisted he was going to have it done. He uses a company called Floor Installer 225- 362-4234 to install the new hardwood floors, this young man is professional and very knowledgable regarding laying the flooring. When the floor man came I went upstairs to do work , I could hear nailing, after about 45 minutes I go downstairs and the 3 Stoogies are leaving he sent them to fix the door frame and the hole in the wall. You can just imagine what that looks like. Willie doesn't care about your property the bottom line for him is getting paid. I would never recommend him to friends or foe. Worst experience of my life."

"Do not use this company. Very poor workmanship and no customer service. I have mildewed windows on the two windows they installed. Had 10 windows installed by another company at the same time with no issues. Capital Improvement agrees they are moldy. They say there is no warranty. Please find a professional company."
