"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced. We can't thank him enough for being a wonderful person and company to work with."

"It went so well. I will continue to hire them for all of my carpentry needs. They also set toilets, do plumbing, roofs and all types of hany man jobs. They are very professional and have an extremely good work ethic."

"Hired Tanem to work on our kitchen remodel, they were A++! ...Fair price, great communication throughout the entire process. They answered all my questions and concerns in detail. Plus, importantly, the kitchen looks & operates way better now!"

"Archinovation LLC did an excellent job on our home renovation project. From the first meeting, they listened carefully to what we wanted and explained the design and construction process in a clear, professional way. They helped us with the layout, planning, material selections, and construction details, which made the entire project feel organized and easy to follow. The team was reliable, respectful, and detail-oriented. They kept the work area clean, communicated updates throughout the project, and paid close attention to the quality of the finish. The framing, renovation work, and overall design were done with care, and the final result looked exactly like what we had imagined. What stood out most was their ability to combine architecture and construction knowledge in one company. They understood both the design side and the practical building side, which helped avoid confusion and delays. I would highly recommend Archinovation LLC to anyone planning a home renovation project."
