"Was the cheapest quote out of 4 other local companies including that Empire company I keep seeing commercials for on TV. They were very clean, respectful, moved my furniture back and forth, made my 30 year old wood floors look brand new again. I would highly recommend them. My parents and my brother also used them and are very happy with the results. I wish we would have known about these guys before we got our floors installed upstairs by a different company which i was not satisfied with at all :( (cough cough Sunrise Flooring cough cough)"

"We had our floors refinished by Eddy. It was a long overdue project for us and Eddy did such a great job that our floors look brand new. Eddy was polite, punctual, clean, hardworking, and did an amazing job with our floors. We were very pleased with Eddy's work and would highly recommend him."

"When the provider placed the new floor over the linoleum and old floor my husband asked him ( on several occasions) to remove the linoleum and not put new floor over it as stated in the contract. The provider said that if he had to do that he would rather take his tools and his crew and leave. The new floor installed is higher than the others because it was installed without removing what was under. A request for a second payment was made and we asked for the floor situation to be rectified and the linoleum removed. The provider has refused to do this and has stopped the project until the second payment is made. His intent is to leave floor as it is. We are happy to provide a second payment when the linoleum is removed and the new floor is installed. We also want to ensure that moldings purchased are also installed, floors are stained and pending closet is sanded and stained prior to the final payment ."

"Workers came late. They were supposed to come early in the morning. Came late afternoon The workers spoke only Portuguese and the company did not send a supervisor or anyone to translate. Although the workers tried to accommodate and were very willing and nice, it was impossible to communicate. In the end there are still problems with the poly finish . I must add that in the end , the management tried somewhat to help but in general, the whole experience took much longer than proposed and was not very professional."
