"It went extremely well.  The work was started and completed on schedule.  It was done professionally and with care.  Proprietors, Zack and Bri were very pleasant to work with.  Its nice working and communicating directly with the owners.  Matt and his crew did a great job.  It was obvious they were skilled and had a methodical system for doing the work efficiently.  

There was one minor issue after the job was complete (things happen).  Zack came out to make sure the problem was corrected at his expense.  We were very pleased.

I would not hesitate to have them do work for us again.  I would highly recommend Sundown Exteriors to my friends, and anyone who needs a new roof.  (The metal roof looks GREAT and we feel is worth the extra cost.)

For this job, the shower enclosure was "difficult" due to the acute roof angle.  He took his time working with me to find the best solution for a  problem we had been wrestling with for many years.
In the past he has replaced other windows, replaced a basement ceiling, installed light fixtures, repaired a front porch decking, etc. It is my feeling that Bob has saved us lots of money by repairing things we may have had to replace, had we not had someone who was able to look at an issue and see something that we did not see. I met with a few different roofing contractors and when I met Mark, I felt comfortable with having him and his team do the job.
