"I employed Carlos and his team do a complete renovation for me. Carlos was a great salesman and sold me his bungalow package that was an all inclusive price for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This price was originally very competitive with others and I was told it included all labor, materials and I could choose from any items from his preferred vendors. His original estimate for construction was 2 months. While Carlos subs did a good job, the job took over 5 months, with multiple items taking even longer, it cost approximately 15K more than expected as I was informed that several things I wanted we’re not included in the all in one price, and communication between Carlos, myself and the team was poor where often scheduled times were not met. Lastly I had personal items in my home that were stored in a separate room that was not being renovated that were unexplainably disposed of by his crew. When the workers had to come again to do touch up work they got paint on my couch."

As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. I just had him over again in 2024 and he and his colleagues came in one his new fleet service vans. I am so happy for him. His business has taken off and I have witnessed him go from a one man show to a major handymen business. Even with the success and growth of his business he has kept his prices very reasonable, and maintained great customer satisfaction. Honestly, I am very happy for him. This time around I had him come do a grill repair and cleaning. My grill hadn’t been cleaned in 2+ years and had been used a couple dozen times…it now looks brand new. His work and prices are incomparable. I will have him back soon to replace and install some new chandeliers in my house. Lidio and team are great. I couldn’t encourage hiring them more. I am certain you will be happy with the work they perform for you."

I called Roger and he was quick to respond, he showed up exactly when he said he would and looked the problem over. The issues this place was having with the plumbing and drywall work required a professional to fix the problem. He repaired all damages in a very short period of time to brand new condition, I was impressed by not only the turnaround time but the outstanding quality of the repairs. I rate his services excellent due to professionalism and a high degree of proficiency in home repair. I would definitely recommend his services for any of your jobs.
