"Well. I don't even know where to begin. I guess I will start with pricing - most people care about that foremost. Ariel is owner and GC and he isn't the cheapest but he is not the most expensive either. You will definitely find cheaper - but he's worth it. With this contractor, I was being harassed to hurry up and bring my stuff so he could finish! Can you believe it - instead of the contractor disappearing for days at a time and missing deadlines and making the job last forever, he did a complete remodel of my home in 2 months. I mean this was a complete gut job in 2 months! My uncle is a retired roofer and builder and he was on the job checking them every 2 or 3 days. He would just show up and walk around watching the guys and he said they were doing a good job. He was amazed at the number of guys on the job site - like 10 people at a time. Ariel was there daily and the people he had there were knowledgeable as well. The finished product is spectacular. When people walk into my house - its "wow" this and "wow" that. My home is amazing and well made: the floors, the plaster work, the plumbing, the electricity, the A/C - good solid work. But let me tell you why he is truly one of a kind and why I will never work with another contractor: He finished the job in March 2020 and I didn't move in until August 2020. When my son took a shower, the tub was not sealed around the tile and there was a leak. I was freaking out because he was all paid up and it was 5 months later. I called, he picked up the first ring and I told him what happened and he was there the next morning! I was so relieved and grateful - he fixed the issue without hesitation. This man stands by his work - very rare! I hired a cheaper guy to do a smaller job in my house and he destroyed my home. I had to call Ariel back and he graciously made time for me (he is an extremely busy man). I ended up paying for the cheaper guy and Ariel - its a lesson: I should have just hired Ariel. "AB&S was punctual, professional, and informative. AB&S clearly takes pride in focusing on the fundamentals and, while limiting some options, swiftly dispatched any decisional paralysis by narrowing your options to quality, beauty, and functionality. Be prepared though, custom parts and quality control takes time (could be as long as 10 weeks to install). Quality is worth the wait. Trusting in the process, it shockingly only went one day beyond the estimated time to finish (3 days) for initial installation. None of this is to hide that errors were made. A toilet tank was damaged and its leak not revealed until AFTER we made final payment. Likewise, there were some flooring concerns and issues that we pointed out both before and after final approval and payment. To err is human. We did not, nor should you, expect a flawless installation. What you should expect is the commitment that any error is rectified. AB&S delivered on that commitment and fixed promptly."

"everything was excellent. The owner Ross is great he has a very very good team. All the workers that came were very professional. They had to first remove glass doors on the tub, take out 2 rows of tiles before they could remove the old tub. Than they had to put in the new tub, replace the tile & put back the glass doors. All the work they did was neat & clean. They treated the job as if it was in their own home. Without question I would use them again"
