Get matched with top grout: replace or repairers in High Point, NC

"Colin was very responsive with texting and emailing to schedule the repair and worked with me being out of town with a friend of mine to be present. He recognized when the project was more extensive than initially expected and discussed it with me to make me aware of the changes that needed to happen. The work seems solid, and I'm happy overall. For feedback, a sink was used (apparently) that was not cleaned up. I would guess it was because the job took longer than expected, and he needed to rush to the next job. That's understandable, and it was just a miss. Second was likely I wasn't as straightforward as I could have been. I asked for some grout in the shower to replace some white caulking. I considered this a minor add-on to the flooring tile work above. The caulk he used is close to matching the tile colors, but I wanted grout that matched the rest of the shower. It's noticeable, but not the end of the world. I probably needed to specify clearly what I was looking for. It's better than it was, just not what I expected. I wouldn't layer caulk over the grout, and if there is a similar situation, I'd suggest he clarify w/ the homeowner as to the intent. Thanks again for the help, and I definitely recommend him to others."

"Jason did an excellent job replacing broken tiles and making the floor look great. He also recommended a cleaner that will keep the tile and grout clean. Thanks Jason."

"Cleaned our tile floors and grout and painted the grout. Our floors look brand new. Very professional, friendly and hardworking."

"Emmanuel is a 'top-notch' professional. He kept his appointments by showing up on time when he did the estimate and when we hired this company to complete the job. Emmanuel replaced 4 tiles in our kitchen as there was very bad damage. The job he did was absolutely wonderful! My husband and I agree that we would hire him again!!"

"We had water damage to the tile floor and bench in our master bath walk-in shower. Paul removed the tile floor, bench and first set of wall tiles meeting the floor. He replaced the sub floor, installed a new floor pan and installed new water proofing material. installed all new tile and 2 shelves. Paul is a perfectionist and a professional. He left the bathroom clean and tidy after each day of work. The craftsmanship of this shower is unbelievable! We highly recommend!!"

"Sergii was very professional, flexible, communicated well, and was able to pull off my vision for a black marble fireplace without cracking a single piece of tile. He was also able to see and fix problems from previous renovated areas of the project so that installation would be safe and last. He was very upfront about cost and let me know about the price of materials before starting his work. And he kept his work area very CLEAN!! I was overall very impressed with his expertise, Iâ d recommend him to anyone."

"Christian did an excellent job with the shower and floor tile installation. One aspect I appreciated about Christian was his attention to cleanliness and protecting my property. He made sure to clean up after completing the job and took measures to safeguard my floors by using plastic and paper on the stairs and hallway. (The job was located upstairs) Not a lot of contractors wouldâ ve done that. Actually, I had another contractor come in for another part of the renovation and he complimented Christian for doing that. I would definitely use Christian again. I have already thought about my second project for Christian to handle."

"They came in did the repair work, cleaned up. Work looks great. Like new"
