"I hired him to re-build our deck, this was a forty two thousand dollar deck. He mostly completed the job, but the inspector failed it due to the railing not being compliant on the stairs. He kept promising to get it resolved, but nothing was ever done. So I have a really expensive deck that never passed inspection, he has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. Now the fasica boards are buckling and pulling away from the deck, and he is not responding to that either. The railings were not installed per the instructions and droop in several places, I had to fix a few spots that were looking terrible. The railings were not even close to correct on the stairs. I would avoid this company, but if you do use them, ensure absolutely everything is done, permits finalized prior to making final payment."

Nick the General Manager is the one who trained him and it?s clear the apple doesn?t fall far from the tree. They don?t self perform any work, and it shows on the price, communication, craftsmanship, and professionalism. Save your time and money and go with a different company! Added video of our brand new underdecking system that doesn?t work!! The General Manager has yet to send someone out to fix it."

"It was a good experience until I had to get the install supervisor, Nick, involved. He lacks common courtesy and does not like when someone tells him he is wrong. Sadly, all the positives I had with this company were cast away due to his ineffective communication skills. I had to get the owner of the company involved to finally get the project completed, something that should have been done before the crew left the property. For the price, there are other options out there. And make sure what the salesperson sells you, the installers can actually do. This was also an issue. If I was not delayed on the continuation of the house project, I would have cancelled this company and went with someone else."

Instead of taking responsibility or even offering a helpful solution, he seemed uninterested and condescending. His attitude only added to my growing frustration. He kept denying any involvement in the water issue however he even stated that the gutters did not seem to be installed correctly!! I've had multiple roofing and gutter experts inspect the damage, and they all point to the gutters as the root cause. It’s clear that the installation was faulty, yet Triton Exteriors. has done nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid this company if you value your home and your sanity.
