"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.

"Everything they have done has been exceptional! Greg was our on-site contractor and he was awesome to work with! He answered all our questions that he could or found the right resources to help us. There were a couple unexpected issues that came up (hidden in the walls) that they immediately took care of for us. Would recommend Erich and his team to everyone. "They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"Ed provided exceptional service at a great price. He was easy to work with and my wife loved dealing with him as well. I have to share that the very first project I asked Ed to bid was a complete deck rebuild without sharing I may have any future business for him at all. He drew up the bid for the rebuild but he could sense it wasn't a huge priority and all we really were trying to do was fix some stair structure issues and paint the deck. Ed also came with that bid and was the one that suggested it and ultimately convinced is it was the right thing for us. "I would recommend Vantage Point to anyone in a heartbeat.  From start to finish, our relationship with Vantage Point was entirely positive.  Although we had wanted lap siding on all sides, we knew we could not afford to put it on more than the front, with bat and board the rest. Because the company's owners, Matt and Katie Hazen, knew the all-lap siding would look better and was what we really wanted, they worked their bid down so that we could afford lap all around.  Still their bid was the lowest bid we received.
The result is spectacular.  The house looks brand new -- better, in fact, than when we built it twenty-seven years ago; and it looked pretty great then.  The team's attention to detail was remarkable, and everyone on the team was an absolute pleasure to have around.  They were some of the best craftsmen I have ever watched work, and they were clearly enjoying the work and each other's company.  We were actually sad to see them finish up and leave.
Once they were gone, you would not have known they had been there, except that the house had been transformed.  The worksite was completely clean of debris, tools, etc.  
As the siding was completed, the painting crew arrived, and they were just as skilled and just as delightful. In fact, when I asked the lead painter how best to paint our front door, which was not part of the project, he insisted on taking care of it himself for no extra charge.  It did not take him long, and it looks great -- a lot better than my poor attempt of a few years ago that was bubbling and peeling off.
All in all, Vantage Point's owners and their entire team are something special.  They are affordable, and they are true craftsmen. They are like something from a different era.
