He was able to repair wood siding on my house that several other contractors did not want to touch, so a positive problem solver! Window trim around a difficult to reach window in the basement was also repaired which came out perfect, as well as some rotting wood on the outside trim of the house. "While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.
