In the meantime I had approached Michael Bonsby to come and check if there are any issues inside my house. The contractor showed up and said that there is no issue with the HVAC and the pipes that are connected to the HVAC. He was suggesting that if there is a leak in the pipes that are inside the drywall, I have to contact a plumber. I wish the contracting company advised me that I may need a plumber in case the leak is in the pipes inside the drywall."

"Doug did a phenomenal job! Very professional and courteous staff. Not too many places these days that you feel go above and beyond to provide good service - these guys are definitely like that. We work during the week and were unable to be present during installation, or later, when the work needed to be inspected.
They accommodated our schedule by sending someone out to the house to be present during the inspection. They charged a small fee, but to us, it was worth not having to take a day off from work. We were extremely happy that they accommodated our needs, and they really did not a great job. Would definitely recommend!
