"They got the job done quick and the work looks impeccable. The sales and planning portions of the work went off without a hitch. Sadly, the project manager got into a car accident on the phone with me and the installation crew cut the fiber optic internet cable to my house and then tried to hide it by tucking it into the siding. While I’m ultimately happy with the result, I’d be cautious next time I need major work done."

I contacted Kotch's windows several months ago along with 3 other local window replacement firms.  Mike was by far the most professional, and took the time to explain the difference in the R values and insulated values.  I decided to go with the Sunshine brand.  Due to the special shape window, they had to be ordered.

Once the window came in, Mike had his install group replace the window.  They were on time, very professional and polite.  They ran into an unexpected problem with deteriorated wood trim and they spent extra time to redo the flashing for the proper way to install the window.

I was very pleased with the outcome, and would recommend Kotch's to other prospective homeowners that need replacement windows.

Wes did the siding/gutters on our house a couple of years ago through another company and did a fantastic job.  We had some winter damage that needed repairs and looked up Wes' information .  He did a great job in 2012 and continues to carry on with his high quality of work and work ethics.  He immediately handled all repairs and did not even charge us!

"Met with Chad at my home, he was awesome and very professional! Chad was very detailed about all the steps it would take to replace my roof, I honestly felt at ease with him. I was not pressured in any way to go with their company, He assured me if there were any concerns they would quickly resolved those issues and they did. "I've had Rick out to my house twice to quote me for siding. I have found him to be very honest and have the most intregrity of the 3-4 for siding contractors that have come out to quote me. The first time he came out he recommended I find a handyman to repair my existing siding. He was of the opinion that we could buy ourselves a few more years with the repair work of a good handyman and then re-side down the road. I planned on taking advice until we found mold and my wife became concerned that there was mold behind out siding. I asked RIcked to come back out and quote me for vinyl siding, gutters, and aluminum trim. He gave me the best quote of any other siding contractor. He also really made me feel like I could trust the work and quality of A-1. We are still undecided if we will reside this year or a few years down the road but when we do we will almost certainly go with A-1 Roofing and Siding"
