"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"Paul was fantastic to work with. Responsive, prompt and thorough. He answered questions directly and without delay and made good design suggestions along the way. I'd work with Paul and his team again without hesitation. Can't recommend them enough."

"We have had a lot of work done by Voytec and his crew. They have a great designer that will walk you through designs, make suggestions and tailor to your desires. They renovated our entire first floor to include the kitchen, powder room, laundry room and the floors. They took extra time to make a custom design and it looks absolutely fabulous. Additionally they renovated our master bathroom and our kids bathroom. They have really elevated the look and value of our home! We will be using them again for other projects in our home. We are very happy with this company and highly recommend them."

"Alex and the team at Quintessential Renovations are great! When we were trying to get our bathroom remodeled we received multiple quotes. We chose Alex and his team because not only was Alex knowledgable but he was willing to work with us to get our design down for such a small space while others were quick to say no. They were also efficient, valued our time and were considerate about cleanliness. Now we only trust Quintessential Renovations for all our projects and will continue to recommend them to other families."

"Marc was great as far as communication, responsiveness, and making suggestions. Mike, who was the one who worked on the renovations, did a great job on our cabinets, repairing numerous holes in our dry wall, painting, installing lights and appliances, and generally making sure we got what we wanted! Highly recommend!"

"Nermin was timely in bidding, starting and completing the project. This project was large and required working around a very strict work schedule as imposed by my condo association. He was informative when explaining why certain planned design options would have to be modified to accommodate an unknown issue discovered during the demolition process. Was accommodating when materials needed to be picked up, often offering to retrieve them on my behalf. Also, he made himself available to meet contractors when needed to perform specialized work outside the scope of his bid. Work site cleanup was great. No residual damage was noted upon project completion. I really enjoyed working with a Nermin and Sons."

"They did a great job, Frank provided great customer service and communicated details thorough the project and Miguel did a great job installing our new shower. Very happy with their work and highly recommend."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"The work they did was great. Also, we had a smaller job and a deadline but they completed the work on time. I was even more impressed with their communication. There was a delay due to unavoidable circumstances and they kept in touch and kept me updated. Extremely professional. I would recommend them and consider them for any future projects, big or small."

"These brothers and their crew did an outstanding job remodeling our basement with new flooring, cabinets, doors, walls, cabinets and fresh paint. The place looks super polished with no details missed. I was most impressed with their communication throughout and enjoyed working with them. They are well intentioned people that want to do good work and please the customer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home or office renovation contractor."
