"Early Saturday evening we lost water. I called our regular well company immediately but did not receive a return call. I understand, not everyone wants to work on the weekend but by 5:45 AM Sunday AM we were fairly miserable. Carrying water from the swimming pool over hardwood floors in order to refill toilets is not my idea of fun. I put in a call on a Sunday morning a bit after 7:30 AM to Bay Area Pump and Wesley texted back almost immediately. He asked if between 10:00 - 10:30 AM was ok (I was thrilled) and was at our house at 10:00 AM. The problem was ants had gotten in the well's electric box. I asked if we should have the well serviced regularly and he said no, just spray to keep the ants down. Wow, someone who responds quickly, is punctual, works on a Sunday morning for a fair cost AND doesn't try to sell us a service policy! Water restored, my husband and I are delighted and highly recommend Wesley and Bay Area Pump."

"Hillsborough Pump and Well should be your go to well people. Mike, the owner is the most responsive well operator I have encountered, responding to numerous questions and request for quotes without complaint. Calvin, Troy, and Jerry are willing to go above and beyond for the customer. My well has been inop since Helene and finally the flooding receded to a point they could change it today. It was 37 degrees when they showed up, with rubber boots on and a heroic attitude they hand carried the pump, new expansion tank and all the other necessities about 400 feet through what is still swampy conditions. While still standing in ankle deep water, they then hand pulled the pump, redid all the plumbing and restored water to my home. After my experience with this team, I will not use another company."

"I dealt directly with the owner who performed the service. He arrived a half hour early, and was very professional from start to finish. He had never been to my house before, but after a little probing, he knew right were to dig for the opening to my septic tank. That is the mark of a an experienced professional. He did a thorough job cleaning out the tank and the filter and explained the do's and don't to keep the septic system working properly. He was very reasonable priced and was at my home two days after I called for service. I definitely will use him again and recommend him to anybody."

"They came to my home within an hour of making the call, and replaced the control box and got my system back up and running, he tested the pressure tank and told me it was only operating at about 50% efficiency, then suggested I replace it, was hesitant to do so cause I felt it was pretty pricey ( after researching the cost of the tank after the fact I found he gave me a very fair price on it).  Im glad that I did cause it significantly increased the water pressure I was seeing in my home.  Did a great Job.  I don't recall the exact date but I believe this was over a weekend as well. <br />"
