"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."

"Working with Mark was easy and efficient. He talked through what we were looking for in additional space (master bedroom suite) and we worked out all of the small details. We love the old New England look of our home and he was able to capture that look in his plans while giving us the modern updates we were looking for (closets and a large bathroom). He gave us 3 versions of the overall design to choose between. Once we had chosen the design, he produced the building plans. He also coordinated with an engineer to do the engineering report. "I have used Structureline few time in the past It all begins with a bathroom Remodeling when I used to live in Jersey City... I Hired them Based on recommendations and good reviews... The story was that at that time 2009 I couldn't find a good Licensed Contractor to get the management  board approval in my building, because of the high requirements.. And my sister Gina give me the contact information of Structureline as certified contractor.. After they pass the board they did the bathroom remodeling and I was very happy with their results... After I moved to Brooklyn my husband said that would be nice to hire a contractor  to do a extension to the house.. After we received several bids from different contractors even that the price was a little higher we decided to go with Structureline because we already knew their work.. Nicolas advised us to build a second floor instead of the back extension and we thought that is a brilliant idea and went for it...
To tell the truth the construction took longer then we expected .....a lot of paperwork, inspections for framing , plumbing  we did received a violation because we haven't  used the scaffolding  properly weather conditions etc...
But we know that Nicolas did the best to finished and we do appreciate that... My husband was very happy wen the construction was completed, a lot of closets room, master bathroom, Large windows , big living room and huge living room...
I really liked bout their renovations that the walls a straight and smooth like glass, defiantly is recommended to see ....

"We wanted a small deck. I had quotes from Lowes and another contractor. Gary responded quickly to my initial call and provided samples, pricing and suggested a design. He had the best price and wanted no money up front. He also worked with our town's building department to come to a final design they would approve. From the time of final approval, the crew started work within a reasonable timeframe and took about a week. The deck looks good and feels solid. As Gary advised the darker colors really do get hot, even if there's just late afternoon sun. A bit of a downside: if you need minor adjustments/corrections and you're not in an area he usually works in, there is a wait for a crew to be in your area to address."
