"Used AJ Perri in past satisfactorily but now... Furnace checkup rattling sound, tech said was due to inducer fan motor needs replacing (ball bearings). Signed agreement for $2,300, they were going to order a replacement, paid $1,175 deposit. Billing department unavailable to have the "pending" charge removed from checking acct. Found cancellation form in paperwork, only includes mailing address with a 3 day only grace period (?). Unable to fax form as a fax # (on a different form only) just rings & rings. Had to scan and email form to general "info" address. Unable to get through to billing dept, never available. Given direct phone # for said dept which gives a recording "voice mailbox not set up" then disconnects. Homeowner fixed all rattling noises for $0 - was only loose screw inside fan motor mounting bracket. Not refunded yet."
