"All the staff from Sidings and Windows group were very skilled and professional. Alberto's team did an amazing job in every detail of siding our 100 year old Oak Park Bungalow. They removed all old siding and stucco and replaced it with siding, also installed new gutters and soffit. They also replaced several old basement windows and 2 small living room windows and the window work was also excellent. They replaced a section of roof over our back porch. The house looks great, we also noticed a significant improvement on the insulation of our house immediately, we were able to set the temp of our AC higher and still stay cool. "A&D replaced our parent's aged roof. Darek came a good distance to provide a free estimate. He explained thoroughly the work that his company would complete, as well as why it needed to be done. He offered material options and encouraged us to seek additional estimates for comparison purposes. A&D was extremely responsive with followup communication. When reaching out with questions, their response time to our inquiries was extremely fast. A&D followed through on all of their promises. A large work crew showed up on time and completed a complete tear off, down to the rafters, installed sheathing, ice & water shield (72 in.), all underlayments and shingles. They were done with the job, in it's entirety, by 5:00 p.m. Darek and Maciej spent several hours at our house, overseeing and working alongside the crew. They met all terms of the agreement and went above and beyond - sealing gutter end caps that were leaking and installing attic baffles, without asking for additional compensation. Afterwards, the crew spent time cleaning up the perimeter of our home, leaving no material wrappings or nails on the ground. Darek visited our parents' home the day after the roofing work, to ask if we had any questions and if we were pleased. He encouraged us to call A&D's office we had any issues with the roof moving forward. A&D Home Improvement is a company with the highest level of integrity. "I highly recommend Ridge Top Exteriors. I worked with Eric Foster and Brian Baker. Both were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Out of the bids I obtained they were the only company that offered to come back out and review the bid to make sure I understood it and to answer any questions I had. Eric the project manager was on sight when the roof work started and again when it finished. Their crew was fast and clean. They may of not been the lowest bid I received but was extremely happy I choose them based on service and quality of work. Being in service industry myself, I always say you get what you pay for. "James was great. Instead of just patching things up, he got to the root of the leaks we'd been experiencing, and uncovered shoddy workmanship from previous repairs. He was very persistent about making sure the leak was resolved before patching the damage the leaks had caused.  (He found sheetrock and old rags used as patching materials from previous work!)
He removed all the old / rotted trim and decking on our balcony, repaired the balcony railing, faithfully restored the tin soffit under the second-floor gutter system (going out of his way to find suitable galvinized tin); and he replaced all the mouldings, even painstakingly trimming them to match the original materials. His attention to detail is well appreciated, and the finished work looks great.
Only one drawback: Since James typically works alone, his schedule is a bit unpredictable. If there was rain in the forecast, he would take another, interior job for the day.  Then, even if it didn't actually rain, my job got held off.  So the whole job took a couple weeks longer than we'd planned.
But in the end, James brought in a helper and got everything done in time for painters to come in an do the finish work.
