"We have had a lot of work done by Voytec and his crew. They have a great designer that will walk you through designs, make suggestions and tailor to your desires. They renovated our entire first floor to include the kitchen, powder room, laundry room and the floors. They took extra time to make a custom design and it looks absolutely fabulous. Additionally they renovated our master bathroom and our kids bathroom. They have really elevated the look and value of our home! We will be using them again for other projects in our home. "We hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel an old, run-down basement in a 100 year old house. Alex impressed us right away with his ideas for the project. It wasn't just us telling him what we wanted, but rather Alex actively building on our ideas and suggesting options. Quintessential was the second highest of four bids but we went with them because Alex conveyed to us, more than any other bidder, that he would have sufficient attention to detail and deliver a fully finished look. Believing this was the best value, we went with Alex. We were not disappointed. Alex had great ideas throughout the project and we love our new basement. The skilled workers that are actually employees of Quintessential, the carpenter and electrician, are fantastic. On time, reasonably cleaned up, courteous, happy to hear our concerns during the project - really top rate professionals. A few issues arose with the subbed out drywall and painting, but this was rectified when Alex was also unhappy with the work and brought in a better crew at no cost to us to finish the work. We also had an issue with the supply of new custom windows that dragged out for many months, but in the end Alex was (finally) able to find a suitable supplier on the third try and the windows look great. Would hire again."

Mike, who was the one who worked on the renovations, did a great job on our cabinets, repairing numerous holes in our dry wall, painting, installing lights and appliances, and generally making sure we got what we wanted! "Our request for an estimate was met with a prompt response.  Nermin and his co--worker spent much time listening to our ideas and desires for built-in book cases and crown moulding in our family room.  They also made helpful suggestions.  They allowed time to do a rough design on the spot and took many measurements.  There was a responce within two days with a detailed estimate and a proposed start date.  Upon agreement,  a date for beginning was set with an estimated completion date given.  Both workmen arrived on the date agreed upon and reviewed the plan with us.  They were very professional and respectful of our property and that of our neighbors.  Each day, the work space was left in an orderly manner.  They completed the work in the time frame predicted.  Time was allowed for our inspection and questions. We were extremely pleased with the work done and would highly recommend Nermin and Sons services."

"My husband and I used HomeAdvisor to assist us in finding a contractor to remodel our guest and master bathroom. We were incredibly lucky that Ultra Source Performance was first on the list! Frank worked with us from beginning to end, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. In the very beginning of our remodeling plans, he took time out of his already busy schedule to talk us through our ideas and give us his two cents. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. I definitely would not mind them coming back to do more work on my house! The end product of both bathrooms was phenomenal, especially my master bathroom. I've gotten comments that it looks and feels like a high-end hotel bathroom, which I think is one of the highest forms of praise!
