They renovated our entire first floor to include the kitchen, powder room, laundry room and the floors. They took extra time to make a custom design and it looks absolutely fabulous. Additionally they renovated our master bathroom and our kids bathroom. They have really elevated the look and value of our home! We will be using them again for other projects in our home. "We first hired ABC Home Expert in May of this year to help with renovation of the property in Lake Forest. The house was in poor condition and we needed to re-imagine kitchen, re-do bathrooms, re-finish flooring, drywall, painting. We interviewed multiple contractors and had one starting the work on the home. Unfortunately workmanship and punctuality of that contractor was not very good. Kate from ABC was originally referred by a friend to design and install the new kitchen but since previous contractor didn't workout, we asked her to provide an estimate and see if her team can fix the issues created by previous contractor and finish the work. ABC took on the project and their team provided excellent work for more than fair price. Kate addressed all the concerns, answered all the questions, helped with design and personally ensured that all the work was done correctly. We've been flipping houses for over 10 years and ABC is one of the most impressive and professional contractors we ever had pleasure working with. I was so impressed by their work that I immediately hired ABC to re-do laundry in my house and now working with them on redesigning and rebuilding my kitchen. I highly recommend ABC Home Expert for all the home design and remodeling needs!"

"Nermin was timely in bidding, starting and completing the project. This project was large and required working around a very strict work schedule as imposed by my condo association. He was informative when explaining why certain planned design options would have to be modified to accommodate an unknown issue discovered during the demolition process. Was accommodating when materials needed to be picked up, often offering to retrieve them on my behalf. Also, he made himself available to meet contractors when needed to perform specialized work outside the scope of his bid. Work site cleanup was great. No residual damage was noted upon project completion. I really enjoyed working with a Nermin and Sons."

"We hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel an old, run-down basement in a 100 year old house. Alex impressed us right away with his ideas for the project. It wasn't just us telling him what we wanted, but rather Alex actively building on our ideas and suggesting options. Quintessential was the second highest of four bids but we went with them because Alex conveyed to us, more than any other bidder, that he would have sufficient attention to detail and deliver a fully finished look. Believing this was the best value, we went with Alex. We were not disappointed. Alex had great ideas throughout the project and we love our new basement. The skilled workers that are actually employees of Quintessential, the carpenter and electrician, are fantastic. On time, reasonably cleaned up, courteous, happy to hear our concerns during the project - really top rate professionals. A few issues arose with the subbed out drywall and painting, but this was rectified when Alex was also unhappy with the work and brought in a better crew at no cost to us to finish the work. We also had an issue with the supply of new custom windows that dragged out for many months, but in the end Alex was (finally) able to find a suitable supplier on the third try and the windows look great. Would hire again."

"My husband and I used HomeAdvisor to assist us in finding a contractor to remodel our guest and master bathroom. We were incredibly lucky that Ultra Source Performance was first on the list! Frank worked with us from beginning to end, was incredibly professional and easy to communicate with. In the very beginning of our remodeling plans, he took time out of his already busy schedule to talk us through our ideas and give us his two cents. Jason and Dakota, who did the majority of the handiwork, kept their work space very clean and tidy. They were very friendly, easy to work with, and respectful of my home and belongings. I definitely would not mind them coming back to do more work on my house! The end product of both bathrooms was phenomenal, especially my master bathroom. I've gotten comments that it looks and feels like a high-end hotel bathroom, which I think is one of the highest forms of praise! "We hired Cosmic to redo our upstairs, secondary bathroom. They were wonderful from the consultation to the finish date. The team is punctual, respectful, skilled and efficient. Demo day was fun to watch, as the whole crew comes in and within what felt like two hours had it down to the drywall/studs. They haul away all debris, which was nice not to have a dumpster for this project. Communication is awesome with the team also, and always checked in with the design and layout before making final moves. Wonderful and have used them for 3 projects and will use them for any projects in the future!"
