"Tim promptly reached out and set up an estimate appt for replacing my sump pump system. Was very informative and explained the recommended job details well and clearly. Seemed fairly priced compared to other quotes. Was on time for install appt, explained the system and showed me the sensors/light functions. Exceeded expectations. Would recommend Tim/Drains Inc to family and friends. "

"Called Econo on a Thursday and they were able to come out Friday morning. They showed up on time. The two gentlemen that were there for the service were very friendly. Showed them the line, they went to work and were able to clear it in less then 30 minutes."

"I have been dealing with sewer smell, sewer back-up, and rats in my basement for many months without much progress after multiple contractors and plumbers. I began the screening process again and found Tim to listen and problem-solve better than any other professional. He expertise really came through at multiple stages of the project. During his camera scope he identified problems not previously picked up. During the repair phase he talked me through the process and was very thorough and organized in his work. During final phase, he came back to hydrojet and rod the entire sewer system out to the city line, provided additional repairs to broken waters lines and gaps in the concrete floor. In the end, Tim did a major repair digging out our front yard to access and repair the sewer line. The majority of the smell has dissipated and, for the first time, I have some peace of mind."

"The main reason we will stop using Reliance’s services: we were promised boiler drains that we never got. Boiler drains do not need washers which is why we wanted them. The job took four days. July 6th we wasted a whole day waiting for service. We called Reliance immediately because we have used their plumbing services for years. We were very disappointed with their service. A plumber was scheduled to come and install two cut offs and replace faucet washers. This plumber promised us two premium quarter turn boiler drains for hot and cold water feeds (we never did get these boiler drains). He recommended replacing the faucet. The plumber did not have all the parts, so we scheduled him to come back July 5th. July 5th the plumber we had spoken to called in sick. Another plumber was assigned to the work. This plumber did not seem to know what the previous plumber had estimated for the job. We showed the new plumber the work order. He went to work. After he had changed the faucets and installed the cut offs, we asked about the quarter turn boiler drains. He said they could not find the parts locally and we did not need them anyway. He recommended replacing the old cement tub. The drain could no longer be hooked up to the old tub. We sheduled him to come back July 6th. We requested the boiler drains again. July 6th. The plumber was scheduled to come between noon and 2:00 pm. The office manager called to say that the plumber could not get there until 2:00-4:00pm. We understand that sometimes rescheduling happens. However, around 4:15 the office manager called again. He wanted to reschedule for Monday. We had been waiting all day and this was the third day. We wanted a plumber to come. The office manager said OK he would send someone. The plumber who was supposed to come called us and said it was too late to come. Could we schedule for Monday. We almost called another plumbing company at this point. We scheduled for early Monday morning. Monday July 9th The plumber came early Monday morning on time. He did not bring the boiler drains. This time he said the boiler drains were to unusual to install and we didnt need them. He redid some of the copper piping because he was installing a new tub. The copper piping has some unusual twists because the new tub was a different size from the concert tub. The plumbing job was professionally done, but it took four days. We paid for broiler drains we never got."

"Daniel and co. did a very thorough job and informed me of what they were doing throughout the process. He was familiar with the flood control system a previous owner installed so he was able to identify the problem(s) quickly and get them fixed. He was straightforward and always quite open about the cost. We're kind of going to have to wait until the next big precipitation event to make sure the flood system is working again but at least there's no more water in our basement!"

"Once they located the main drain line, they did a really job of clearing it out. However, they left the debris from the drain line in the front yard and left deep tracks in the front lawn from their equipment."

"I've hired Code Plumbing in 2012 for water line repair in my attic. Ray was very quick, very efficient, and he didn't rip me off. I am very pleased with Code's work. And I had just used his service to have my sewer drain cleaned or rodded and have a shut off valve installed on my water line for outside of my house to keep people from stealing my water. Excellent!"

"Gerardo showed up within one hour after I submitted my online request at Homeadvisor. He worked professionally through inspection on the sump pump, check valve & drain line, explained the diagnosis and quoted the estimate clearly, and then completed the fix as expected. I would recommend the service to any one."

"Ramon and Sons Sewer and Water were highly recommended by the city Public Works crew that jetted the sewer in front of my house, Also by my alderman. Ramon answered when I called and came to my home within a couple of hours. He listened to my explanation of the situation, then offered a solution. My sewer line was totally clogged with the roots and debris. He explained that the expensive previous plumber I used never cleared the problem. The line needed to be excavated outside, cleared, and camera inspected. A proper exterior clean out installed, as well as a sump pump installed. His quote was very reasonable. Ramon and his crew were on site the following morning and started the work. Ramon took care of everything, permits, electrician and parts needed. All within his original quote. I highly recommend Ramon and Sons Sewer and Water for sewer and plumbing needs. He and his crew were very professional and friendly. They explained everything as they progressed. The total job was completed within two days. I am very pleased."
