I was astounded when after he finished, he sat down and gave me a full tutorial on using the system. He showed me all of it's capabilities, and answered my many questions . I could not believe how much easier and more up to date this security system was to use than my old one. I have had many, many technicians in my home from the prior system, but absolutely none were as knowledgeable, personable, efficient or professional as Larry. He would not leave until I was comfortable, and even then advised me to call if I needed anything or had more questions. He was amazing.!!! A few days after my system was installed, I triggered a false alarm. The monitoring station called right away and did not hang up until assured that all was well. I did not have to wait or try to call them and get put on hold like with my old system. I only wish that I had more houses for them to install their system into, but since I don't, I plan to refer them to everyone that I know. 1st Security is affordable, state of the art and comprehensive. They are honest with no fine print that you have to worry about! I sincerely appreciate Jeremy and Larry and sleep so much better because of them . Thank you 1st Security!!!"

"I had a heavy glass shower door that was mounted into slate shower tile. The top bracket started stripping out from the wall, and I contacted Nick to re-secure the door. (This was after I had already spoken with several contractors whom were either not comfortable or interested in doing the job or just pushed me aside.) Nick promptly called Sunday evening to discuss the project and came out Tuesday to look at the door. We discussed a plan and he came back out the following day to do the job. He was very professional and his work was outstanding. "My home was broken into a few days before I was leaving town for business. The front doors could not be secured and are not of a standard size. Kenny did an excellent job of explaining options and worked with me to find a temporary solution that would allow me to leave and feel the house was secure. Custom front doors will be built and installed later. A security door was installed in the back and window bars were installed on the windows --- all of this work was done well and the installers were courteous, pleasant and timely. I will be using Protector Window & Door for the additional work that needs to be done.
