"We recently had the pleasure of hiring Dawson Mechanical to have a new Navien tankless water heater installed. This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. From the time I made the first call to Dawson, I had a good feeling about this company. Dave came over within a few days on a Saturday to look the job over and give me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job, were very good about keeping everything clean and neat, and the workmanship was top notch. In short, we were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use Dawson for our future plumbing/HVAC needs."

Mike kept his promise, arrived at the time he said he would and got the job done. Eddie O came and listened to what we said we needed. He answered all our questions about his suggestions. The estimate was in the area we had hoped it would be. He showed up on time and did the work in the time he told us to expect it to take. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself. Since the work was completed, everything is working as expected."

"KSP Plumbing went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Kyle more highly. The developer installed our roman tub in a manner that now years later when the faucet and handles needed replacement there was no easy access. KSP had to literally cut through the tile to have access for replacing the faucet. The work was so expertly handled you can't even notice where they cut and then replaced the tile. This saved having to get a mason or carpenter. KSP's work was above and beyond excellent and at a fair price point. Five star."
