"Mike was the I my local plumber to answer my call for help. Although my job was not a large job, it was critical for me to get done during my remodel so that I could continue with my project. Mike kept his promise, arrived at the time he said he would and got the job done. Mike is awesome and actually told me to call him if I had any questions about tackling any of the other plumbing in my bath remodel or if I wanted him to come back to install anything else. Most plumbers we've used have not solved the problems we called them for or proposed massive expensive changes that we ultimately found unnecessary. Eddie O came and listened to what we said we needed. He answered all our questions about his suggestions. The estimate was in the area we had hoped it would be. He showed up on time and did the work in the time he told us to expect it to take. When he was done, he cleaned up after himself. Since the work was completed, everything is working as expected."

"KSP Plumbing went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Kyle more highly. The developer installed our roman tub in a manner that now years later when the faucet and handles needed replacement there was no easy access. KSP had to literally cut through the tile to have access for replacing the faucet. The work was so expertly handled you can't even notice where they cut and then replaced the tile. This saved having to get a mason or carpenter. KSP's work was above and beyond excellent and at a fair price point. Five star."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.  
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.
