This was a little more than a straightforward job since the water heater was being relocated from a utility closet to the garage which was about 20 feet away. From the time I made the first call to Dawson, I had a good feeling about this company. Dave came over within a few days on a Saturday to look the job over and give me an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. When the day came for the installation, a crew of 3 workmen arrived around 9:00 AM and did not stop until the job was finished around 5:00 PM. They did an excellent job, were very good about keeping everything clean and neat, and the workmanship was top notch. In short, we were very happy with everything and would not hesitate to use Dawson for our future plumbing/HVAC needs."

We had a pair of Mitsubishi ductless splits installed to supplement an old hvac system that didn’t quite get the job done on the second floor. The Mitsubishi units are amazing. We went with hyperheat so we’re ready for any crazy that a New Jersey winter can dish out. They’re so quiet they sound like my noise canceling headphones. Heat is dispersed quickly and evenly. George is the installer. He is the expert to visit your home to answer all of your questions - not some salesman who can’t tell Fujitsu from Carrier. You will see this reflected in your fair estimate. You’re not paying for the salesman’s salary. All the compressor units Stay Cool installs are mounted on brackets a few feet off the ground to protect from snow. (This is the way to go unless you like shoveling to keep your heat on.) Everybody at Stay Cool is professional and friendly. Our home was respected and left immaculate. Leading up to the project George kept me informed about the process, permit progress, and scheduling. They work fast. My only regret is that I didn’t look into this sooner. We spent too many years with a noisy space heater startling us awake at night and fans circulating hot air all summer long."
