"Derrick was easy to book, he arrived on time & gave a text prior to his arrival. Very personable and knowledgeable. When the 1st fixture he was to install on a high slanted ceiling wasn't long enough he agreed to come back when we got another fixture. We received a replacement pendant light, he fit us in the day before Thanksgiving and we now have a perfect light fixture. Derrick charged us the original agreed upon amount even though he had to make two trips. We will use his services again."

I needed changes to my back splash outlet layout and speciakty outlets added for new appliances on different walls and a complete redo of a much larger island adding pop ups and charging stations for phones. Also needed new breakrrs installed in box to support larger power draws. All was done well and best of all on my schedule due to a hand break and heal time drlaying phase 2 of the plan. "Would NOT recommend this company. My home had one non-working outlet?an easy fix, but I wanted a professional to handle it. Initial contact was great: they quoted me upfront and scheduled service quickly. The electrician arrived on time but barely checked anything before saying he needed more people, despite this being a simple job. He didn?t even confirm basic details himself. They scheduled a follow-up for Monday but never showed. Days later, I reached out and was told there was an emergency, rescheduling for the next Monday. No communication that morning?until days later when I reached out. Agreed on them coming the next Monday- today. Today, I waited 1.5 hours, called multiple times with no answer, finally got someone who said they?d check. Nearly three hours later, the tech messaged saying they had another emergency and asked to reschedule again. At that point, I was done waiting. Their pricing is great, but reliability? Not so much."
