"I contacted Top Line Construction to get a quote to replace all siding on the outside of my house. Eric returned my call right away and scheduled an appointment to come out in a day or two. He provided the quote within 24 hours. I did contact 3 or 4 other companies to come out and quote my siding project and took my time making my decision who to go with. When I asked for pictures of recent work he sent me pics along with references with contact info right away. After several of going over all quotes from all the contractors, I decided to go with Eric & Top Line and very glad I did. Once we got scheduling conflicts settled, they began the work of removing all cedar siding from my entire house. I opted to replace all my insulation as my house is 45 years old and thought this was best decision. Eric accommodated this request and we worked out an agreement that we were both happy with. The work performed was high quality and fit my small budget and I would definitely hire Top Line again and likely will soon as I do have more work to be done. I also recommend him to my nextdoor neighbor, and he and his guys came out and did work for them as well, they too are very pleased with the work that was done. As with most construction projects there were a few hiccups along the way, and that was the case here. However, Eric addressed these issues when I brought them to his attention in a professional manor, not argumentative like I have experienced in the past with other contractors and did his best to address all issues to my satisfaction and they were. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend using Top Line Construction."

"M&M has been our go to roofing and siding company for years. Most recently we needed an investigation of the cause of stains on an interior ceiling. They found the issue and repaired it very quickly and reasonable. A while back we decided to have the original soffits and porch ceilings replaced. They were in bad shape and it turns out that the builders of this house used Masonite, which did not hold up well. M&M gave us a reasonable bid to replace everything with Hardiplank so we will never have to worry about deterioration. We also had them paint the house and they did their usual excellent job."

"Alex and his team were hard working and performed the task of replacing the siding well. I did experience some loss of bushes and other back yard items due to damage, and have since picked up a can of nails from my yard. This is the only reason they get a 4 instead of a 5. Good crew, trustworthy and would work with them again."

"They did a great job. The house had not been touched or cleaned in several years, and there was so much debris that plants were growing on the roof and gutters. The got the areas of vinyl siding cleaned without damaging it, and the roofs looked great when they were done. The gutters were cleaned out and running well also. They showed up on time, and Gearold communicated well.

"Everything was done very well. The painting took a few days because it was done by just one person. Painting the doors & trim requires the door to remain open for a few hours to dry, so I am glad there weren't any mosquitoes or extremely cold weather."

"I had Guardian Windows replace two large eyebrow windows (68x80), one of them over my front entry door. From start to finish, the entire process was excellent. Marty the owner came and gave me a quote, well in line with other vendors but for extra-strong frames. The team he sent worked with me to schedule their repair during my time off work. They were very courteous and professional. They took their time to do it right and safely. And their clean-up was amazing. They even cleaned the small pebbles of broken glass out of the flower beds. I did the middle choice as far as price goes. I am beyond pleased. I scheduled an appt for the next day at 8 am. The job was done by 9:20.
Well worth the price and the drive to this side of town.

"Roof Services called us back in a timely manner, came out to inspect roof and a few days later provided us with a quote. They were very courteous and took time to explain everything in detail that we wanted to know, before choosing someone to do the work. They scheduled the repairs needed within two weeks, replacing old vents, necessary shingles and resealing."

"First let me state, work was done when we (My area) had just had some severe weather a lot of people had had Roof damage and such due to Hail. That said, my B Ratings on the Responsiveness, Punctuality, and Professionalism are all very much influenced by this, as everyone was getting work done, there were no less that 5 different groups in my subdivision alone, on any given day, and the owner of the company, Tony, voiced this up front and gave me a longer lead time to get started. He was able to get to us faster than the original long lead he stated. When we did speak, Tony was friendly and professional, but he wasn't always easy to get hold of. When we had some items that weren't quite right, he had gotten it taken care of, without excuses and it was resolved quickly (and for note, none of the items were big things, just smaller things, for example, missing to paint the inside of the door way (framing) on the garage. Also note, this review is being written around 2 years after all work was done. So my A on Quality is not right after work was done, but in a 2 year tried and tested time frame, in which the work still looks great overall, and no problems areas have arisen. I had a lot done, and they did it in a good amount of time in comparison to my neighbors and friends roofing people, and, taking into considering the current workload and simultaneous jobs they had going at the time. Each job I had done was a different crew. Some were Great (Team that did the Fence) and Some were, less than great (Team that did the roof, which was what was currently in high demand at the moment). I did look over materials that were used, and all was exactly what was stated up front, and was all the name-brand material, in case anyone is curious. He also did NOT charge extra for two color paint use (trim and siding varied). Warranties were all good and at least 5 years for lowest (fencing) and considerably longer (I think 20-25 for roof) for other items. Overall I would recommend to use, and I will probably use again myself. I would expect the experience to be a firewall 5 (All A's) when next I choose to use them, as it won't be during a time that everyone and their mother are getting the same type work done."
