"Lucas was very professional, extremely friendly, very thorough in his job. Did a great job made sure I was happy. Haul the old water heater away. I was so pleased he's coming back to replumb my sump pump lines. Would not hesitate to call him for any plumbing jobs. Oh yea he put in new sink faucets too great shop of guys"

"Dyllan did a great job! He came to the house early. He actually woke me up! I was given a quote to replace the angle stop valves on two toilets and a sink. While Dyllan was working on the project, he found out that the main water shut off valve didn't work. He explained what needed to be done to fix the problem and gave me another quote for that. I agreed for the additional work to be done and I'm completely satisfied! I would certainly recommend Cardinal Plumbing. Thanks again Dyllan!"

"The repair technician arrived early. He was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes after arriving. He completed the required repairs and tune up of the furnace in approximately one hour."

"Jimmy was prompt, professional and did an awesome job installing my new water heater."

"We had a clogged drain which my husband tried to fix and instead of fixing the problem, my husband caused a leak into a downstairs bedroom.I called the plumbing service at around 7:30 in the morning and they said they could come right out. The gentleman was on time and very friendly. He first snaked the pipe to clear that. Then he had to open up walls to find where the leak was. After opening up the wall behind the sink and repairing the pipes there he had to put a hole in the ceiling down stairs and locate another leak and repaired it. Total time was about 2 hrs. I was expecting the bill to be around $400-500 (just my personal estimate) and was pleasantly surprised at the actual cost. Ozark plumbing did not up-charge on the parts used, this surprised me. Overall, I was extremely happy with their services and cost and plan on having them return to do our plumbing in our upcoming bathroom remodels!"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."
