This time I contacted him because my dishwasher was leaking and one of the burners on my gas range had ceased to ignite, despite repeated cleanings. Schuyler came to my house at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problems. He warned me that it could take up to two weeks to receive a part from Bosch, the dishwasher manufacturer, and indeed it did. As soon as he received both parts (the rubber seal for the dishwasher and the gas burner), Schuyler contacted me and made an appointment to come to the house to install them. "Carlos and his son-in-law did an excellent job remodeling our bathrooms.  His work is very good.  He is very reliable and professional.  We are open to showing our bathrooms to anyone that wishes to hire him.  Pricewise, he is not cheap, but he is not very expensive.  He charges about the going rate.  His cost is for labor only.  It includes plumbing, and basic electrical work.  It does not include painting or any additional electrical work.  
We plan on hiring him for remodeling our kitchen and for other construction related jobs. We will also recommend him to our friends.
