"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!

"Bob and his crew did an outstanding job on all three projects.  The first shed foundation required a lot of front end loading work with the township and Bob helped me navigate the process.   All of the jobs required significant travel for Bob and his crew, but they arrived early everyday and worked long into the evening.  Bob pays attention to the details and does not cut corners.  His rates are competitive and you definitely get what you pay for.  I highly recommend using Rock-A-Fellas for your next foundation or shed project.

"Overview - In short the job went exceedingly well, I have zero complaints and Pete (the owner) was one of the most honest gentlemen I've had the pleasure to do business with.  I have already used him to finish my porch and will be using him again in the future.  Heritage's phone number is one you need to keep on file, these guys are amazing!!!
The Estimate - Pete came promptly to my home to give me an estimate on the work requested.  He spent so much time with me listening to my desires and taking the time to explain how we could make them work, things that wouldn't work, and giving me ideas that I never even thought of.  There was never a moment where he rushed me, cut me off, or pushed an agenda on me; that was quite refreshing.  
The Work - Pete and his crew arrived at the time indicated to begin work.  Before they started he told me what to expect, what they would be doing and about how long it would take.  His expectation management and time estimation were on point and made me feel comfortable knowing what goals I could expect to be reached each day.  His work was done impeccably and with no disturbance to my home, my existing landscaping or lawn!  Their craftsmanship is excellent, their attention to detail is amazing, and everything was done with pride as if they were working on their own home. 
Warranty - During the fall I had a few EXTREMELY small issues, this was two months after everything was completed.  I gave Pete a call and explained the problem and he came out as soon as he had time (which was quite quick) to rectify the problem.  He stands by his company and his work, he will never leave you high and dry; a true businessman.  More construction companies should have the pride that Heritage does, these are people who actually and genuinely care about their customers.

"Our first meeting with Yakup Koksaldi, the President of t h e company, was very productive. We told him what we wanted and he sat there and drew up the plan exactly the way we wanted it to be. He was cool and professional and never once pressured us. He was honest and gave us good advice. We did an addition (23'x14'), with an A roof. They started work in June 2016 and completed the job by mid August 2016. The work was neatly done and up to code. From the foundation to the roof, the skylight, the energy efficient Windows, the heating system, laminate flooring, electrical system and light fixtures . Everything was done with great professionalism. The workers were polite and worked effortlessly. We are very pleased with the outcome of our addition. Since completing this job, we already had them come back to do a small project. We have recommended them to our friends because our friends just love our addition. "From the first contact to the last, Backyard Custom was professional. The whole experience was easy. Due to the recent snow storm, we had to delay the job for three days. "After John did a great job with an earlier project at our home, we knew we had to hire him again for another one. We decided to enclose a side porch, which at the time was not getting much use. John and his crew of professionals turned what was simply an outdoor porch into an amazing sunroom, which we now use as an art studio. This was quite a complicated project with a lot of moving parts, but John pulled it off, and we could not be happier. John definitely adds the personal touch to his work. When he takes on a job, he owns it. In regards to our front porch replacement project - John did a wonderful job in turning our crumbling concrete porch into a beautiful composite material porch.
