After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. "We hired Cosmic to redo our upstairs, secondary bathroom. They were wonderful from the consultation to the finish date. The team is punctual, respectful, skilled and efficient. Demo day was fun to watch, as the whole crew comes in and within what felt like two hours had it down to the drywall/studs. They haul away all debris, which was nice not to have a dumpster for this project. Communication is awesome with the team also, and always checked in with the design and layout before making final moves. "We interviewed several prospective contractors before deciding to work with Tim, but it was the best decision we made. From start to finish, this was not the remodeling nightmare that everyone prepared us for. Tim took time to fully understand our project, help us design two brand-new bathrooms in our upstairs space, and do it within our budget and more reasonably than any other contractor we had interviewed. Tim is extremely communicative and detailed, so we always knew where in the process we were, what was going to happen from week to week, and what we needed to do to prepare for the next phase of construction. Any changes, adjustments, or overruns (of which there were few) were discussed and agreed upon well-in advance. In the end, Tim built us two spacious bathrooms upstairs and moved our laundry up there, in the space of the original, small bathrooms. We loved the quality of work and loved working with Tim, and have already recommended him several times to friends and family. We would absolutely use him and his services again for future work. Plus our Great Danes love him."
