Clem was a constant and reassuring presence on-site, informing us continually throughout the process to ensure our level of confidence and understanding. As he put it, "I am here to take care of you." He meant that, and he certainly did. In regard to the basement waterproofing, we discovered one small issue. They came out immediately to correct this and all has been worked wonderfully since.
