"If you need to do a remodeling project in your home THIS is the guy you need to use!! He does ALL the work himself (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc...). He did an AMAZING job and his price was more than reasonable. He is very reliable and he is meticulous with the work he does. He did 2 bathroom remodels in our home which he gutted and started from scratch. They both turned out beautiful (tile, flooring, cabinet install, plumbing, lighting etc..) and he does all the work himself!! He showed up on time everyday and he was a pleasure to have around! My dogs even loved him! He also remodeled our den and installed hardwood floors on our first floor. The work turned out beautiful and we are soo happy! We plan to use him again in the future to remodel our master bath and our basement. He was highly recommended from a few of my husbands co-workers who have also used him for many home remodel projects and were very happy with the quality/price of his work. After using a local "Remodeling Company" for our kitchen a few years back, I can't tell you how happy we were to find Greg of H&B Construction. That company charged us huge prices and the work went on forever!! Wish I would have known about Greg and H&B back then! This guy does it all, is very skilled, does beautiful work, is reliable and honest and his prices are VERY reasonable. If you read this review and need a remodel project in your home, trust me-- call Greg!! You won't regret it!!"

"My wife and I had a couple of companies out to give us estimates for finishing off our basement. After receiving a couple of quotes, I called Buckeye Basements to discuss having them come out and provide us a quote too. From the first call, there was just something different about Buckeye. Leah, during our initial phone call took the time to go through their process, discuss our wants and needs in our basement project, as well as give us a rough idea of what the cost would be. After the first two companies came out, gave way-out-of-the-park quotes, I didn't want to waste our time, or anyone else's if what we wanted couldn't be done in our budget. Despite all of that Leah was patient and believed we could get what we wanted within our budget by going with Buckeye. A week or so later, Jon came out to measure and provide us with a detailed quote. Before he left, he provided a written quote which was within $500 of what Leah roughly put together over the phone. Needless to say we were sold. The best part is, now that everything is finished, the quoted price was the price. We of course added various things as we went along (which were additional to the quoted price), but these were all our decisions, not due to a misquote or anything on Buckeye's part. As for the construction, everything was top notch. Jon did the entirety of the framing and the other crews that did the drywall, tile, HVAC, plumbing, etc. were friendly, prompt, and kept the work area clean. Further, during this process we had a few unforeseen issues pop up that required us to stop construction. Water in the basement (for the first time) required us to stop construction for a week while we got that cleaned up and fixed. Also, just a few weeks later, another issue popped up that required us to stop construction for another week. Each time, we communicated with Jon and Leah our issues and they did the best they could to rearrange work crews to keep us on schedule. Ultimately, we finished just a few weeks past schedule, but I must emphasize that NONE of that was Buckeye's fault. Just bad timing for our project and bad luck with a couple of unpreventable things on our side. Happily though, Jon and Leah were great through the whole process. Overall, I am happy that we chose Buckeye Basements to finish our basement. We have great new living area in our home and are enjoying it every day. Thanks for such a great experience!"

"I hired David Richards Home Modelling to finish my Basement. They did an excellent job with perfection. Bruce did a great job in coordinating the team to provide timely updates and took care of all my questions and issues that came out during the construction. Bruce will never miss my messages or call even when he is extremely busy. He always reaches out and takes care of his customers. All the workers right from framing all the way to drywall finish were great and they all did an excellent job. Dave, the master himself came down in person to my home and guided his workers to finish my basement with great quality and style. All my neighbors loved my new basement. "Yuri and Sergei of LBT Construction and Remodeling Service, Inc. did a wonderful job converting my loft bonus space into a bedroom. This required them to close the wall overlooking the family room, add a closet and bedroom door, and paint the bedroom and two story family room. It all looks great. The wall looks like it has always been there. Very happy with the way both rooms turned out. The second project was repairing rotted trim around a second floor window. Not surprising when they removed the trim the wood underneath the siding was also rotting. Yuri and Sergei removed the siding for that area, replaced the plywood, covered all with Tyvek, taped around the window, put the siding back in place and trimmed out the window using PVC board. The window looks great and I am totally confident this will never be a problem again. Yuri and Sergei are very professional, knowledgeable, dependable and polite. They clean up everything when they are done only leaving behind a job well done. I will definitely be calling them for my next house update."

"Tim did a superb job of tearing out the old, putting in the new and repairing the active wet spots in the kitchen ceiling. I feel that his estimates were fair and reasonable and the craftsmanship was a world of difference from the previous subpar job I had done. He is very timely, works consistently and stays on schedule. I can't say enough how happy I am with his end result on this project! I'll be having him back to do another bathroom soon!"

"We are so thankful that we chose Premier Remodeling to build our new kitchen. After interviewing a number of possible contractors, we were impressed by Jeff (the owner) and his knowledge, insights and suggestions regarding the project. We were also impressed by the fact that he is a second generation cabinet maker, and when we saw photos of the wooden boat he and his father built, we were convinced he could handle any unique problems that came up in the kitchen project. Greg, was the person who was on site every day and personally did much of the work. He was beyond amazing. His careful attention to detail (from removing a wall to making sure each outlet was correctly aligned) was like he was doing the project in his own home. Greg made sure everything was as it should be, even if it meant more work for him. At the end of each day, he would make sure everything was cleaned up and put away to minimize any inconvenience on our part. He was also a pleasure to have around. In fact, when the project was over, we felt a tinge of bittersweet as he would not be around the house anymore. Our project was somewhat unique as one wall of cabinets made a 45 degree turn. While 90 degree turns (any corner) are easy as there are cabinets made for that purpose, a 45 degree turn requires considerable adjustments and craftsmanship. Jeff and Greg were totally up to the challenge. Jeff even customized the drawers as necessary to give us the maximum storage space possible. Throughout the entire project we never had a problem or issue with Jeff or Greg, even when we made a last second change or two, they were most agreeable to comply with our wishes. We TOTALLY recommend without any reservations or hesitations. Great quality work, reasonable pricing, excellent quality people who earn (and keep) your admiration and respect."
