"Nick and his team are professional and good communicators and did a good job removing brick tile from our kitchen. The cost was $1000 and he and another guy completed the work in less than four hours. Doing the math, that is being very well paid per hour of work especially considering there were no cost for materials. Note: he originally quoted me $2000 and said it would be 3 men 8hours. After the floor removal I had him quote floor leveling and tile installation. His quote was $1250 more than another local company. I hold no ill will for his self-advocating and getting the most money he can for his work, and I hope the same respect is returned with the warning that he comes at high price compared to other options in our area."

"I cannot say enough about Krumlauf Floors. I have used them twice in the past few years to install luxury vinyl flooring upstairs and downstairs. When I had a house fire I decided to redo the stairs. My insurance was involved in that but I called Krumlauf to install a runner up the stairs. Not much of a job for them but they were gracious enough to say yes. Such a pleasure working with them. Wish I had more flooring to be done!"

"The entire process was very easy yet professional, with good pricing, great craftsmanship, quality materials and on time delivery. We had hardwood floors installed in our dining room and front room. We then had the master bedroom hallway and steps carpeted. IM retired and it was amazing how well the crews worked together with minimal disruption. "Let start by saying that all of the gentlemen were very nice. From the salesman to the installers. They did a very nice job. We are overall pleased with the outcome. But the gentleman that performed the installation did have their quirks. They were super friendly. But they showed up 4 hours early for the job. One of the installers showed up with a laceration of the finger that I ended up tending to. I am a healthcare provider so I did not mind, but it was still very odd. Like any good host I offered them drinks, and things went pretty well. Thankfully, I speak Spanish, because they seemed to have some questions I was able to help them with. If I did not speak Spanish, I am not sure what would have occurred. Furthermore, I wish they would have done the corners on the baseboards differently. They still have some very pronounced sharp edges. It is nothing we cannot fix, but it would be nice if we did not have to. Overall, the job was nicely done, but things could have gone a little smoother. Oh well."

We added a good number of additional components to the job and he was able to effectively address all aspects of the project (plumbing, electric, HVAC, dry wall, insulation, etc.) really well and keep things moving along with minimal disruptions. He is very detailed in his final trim and door work and definitely knows how to make things look very good! He did a great job with clean up too and was very helpful with material sourcing to achieve our desired look and style.
