Chris Renda kept us infomed of everything going on.He found that our dormers had not been wrapped or waterproofed so he removed all the siding and began wrapping and waterproofing the dormers for us! "Performed free evaluation of our home's foundation as we have had some cracked tiles in bathroom and sheet rock cracking in another area.  Our house is a crawl space home. We wanted to make sure that there weren't any foundation issues that were the source of the problems before doing a repair on those areas.  The evaluator was fair and honest and said that there were not any issues with the foundation that needed repair. In fact he said our foundation was better than most.
