"Jeremy and his tile installer Jose (aka "Chewy") made this challenging job a rewarding experience in more ways than one. The project was to renovate three 1870ish fireplaces. For two of these, we were using a subway tile to emulate a Victorian-era look. The third involved a combination of slate and decorative tiles. Naturally in this old house, nothing is square, level, or plumb. Furthermore, we had a firm deadline to be met. And as so often happens with jobs like this, there were unhappy surprises requiring more work and time by the contractor than was expected. Despite all this, Jeremy and Chewy arranged their schedules (even working on a holiday) and used their creativity to overcome the issues and complete the job by the date Jeremy had committed to. Furthermore, although the project clearly was more time-consuming and complicated than anticipated, Jeremy honorably held to his bid price. The quality of the work was excellent, again particularly so when considering the construction issues this old house threw at the guys. Throughout the process, Jeremy kept us regularly posted and was always very professional and responsive - he uses his smart phone's capabilities to provide near real-time communication. Chewy has been installing tile for over 20 years, and his experience as well as aesthetic sensibility really shows. For our 3rd fireplace, we discovered that the slate tiles were about a quarter-inch larger both length and width than the decorative tiles; that required Chewy cutting the stone tiles to fit - slate is a challenging material to work with but Chewy handled it with ease . Chewy also ensured that the layout of the disparate slate tiles along with decorative tiles was done in the most eye-pleasing fashion. Altogether, the final result is spectacular. On Chewy's phone he keeps a library of past projects which proves that his design and craftmanship skills are nothing short of exceptional. I would not hesitate even one moment to give my highest recommendation to Jeremy and Chewy for any tile installation project. Thanks again, guys!"

"Tracy was very competitive in price. He showed up when he said he would and gave a overall view of what he would accomplish for the project. He started the project when he said he would and his team completed the project promptly. The house is 25 yrs old and this face lift of soffit and fascia covering took years off its look. He applied the materials to the porches and breezeway as well and then installed new gutters and covers. Looks great and no more painting!!"

"Juan and his team performed the worked as stated and expected. We communicated multiple times about the work to be performed. We are not full time owners and had limited opportunities to meet except for the weekends. Juan took the time to meet us and discuss our job. We had the upper portion of our cabin pressured washed and stained. We also had some areas to paint. Juan recommended that we use a black self priming paint on all the door and window trim. Since we had black gutters and looked at some online photos, we took his advice. It did cost us a bit more, but his recommendation was spot on. As others had reviewed, we had some weather obstacles to work around and Juan was able to get the job done as expected."

"They did the cool decking for us ten years ago so that when we walk around the pool, it is not hot on the feet. When they repaired it, they had to take out a brick, re-mortar and re-cool deck. They do a good job. If you are not happy with it then they will come and fix it. Plus, they are probably the only pool people in town that really care. We have not had issues since the last service was provided. What happened was that the cool decking on one spot and the bricks were coming loose so they came out and looked at it and replaced the brick, the mortar and the cool decking in one area. Everything is good now. I do not know what it should cost to do all that they did but their price seemed worth it to me."
