"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

"We hired Steller Construction and Remodeling LLC to build a deck/Catio in May 2024. Micha (the Owner) was straightforward to work with and reach throughout the process. We are retired and live on a set income. Even though we had some lower estimates from other companies, we felt so confident with Micha's (the owner) ideas that, after looking at other reviews/images of this company, we decided to go with Steller Construction. Micha's team was absolutely amazing !!! Ray, our project's lead employee/carpenter, was very knowledgeable, considerate, and had an unbelievable work ethic! The rest of the team did an awesome job as well. They communicated well throughout the whole job always checking in with us to make sure they were doing what we wanted. They were professional and very polite everyday. At the end of each they completely cleaned up the area. We have worked with one other construction company and a roofing company when we did some remodling on our last home and did not have a good experience with either company. "Overall Jay is excellent. He is responsive, always answers texts or phone calls quickly and generally does what he says he will do. Like all construction projects there were small issues along the way but Jay got on top of them and addressed them quickly. Site was clean during construction work, his subs/trades were all good, nice people, skilled workers who did excellent quality work. Overall this was done well and in an acceptable timeframe. I think generally construction could have been executed quicker, there were a few times when no-one was working at the house that could have shaved some time. But, given my extensive experience with construction Jay is one of the good ones ! His estimate was high but he came in well under it and within sight of what I expected things to cost. I will (I am) definately using him again..."

"This is the second project that we have hired JAW Construction for and we are very happy with how our remodel turned out. As this was a major kitchen, dining and living room remodel, which meant we were not going to be able to be in those rooms during the construction, John and I worked on the timeline to ensure it went as smoothly as possible. Before the project started, Mark from Amcraft Cabinets came out and measured and talked with us to determine how best to use the space. We came up with several cool options including a pull out spice rack and a lift for my mixer. Once the project began, John, Brian, the electricians Clint, Christian and Tyler and the plumber Mike were always on time, friendly, always available for questions and cleaned up after themselves. John estimated that the project would take six weeks and it ended up taking five weeks! While it was not fun to be without a kitchen, we are so happy with how it turned out, it made it all worth it. Everyone that has seen our remodeled areas or pictures of them are very impressed. I highly recommend hiring JAW Construction and we are already planning our next project with John."

"Matthew Bruce exceeded our expectations. Our 92-year-old dad fell while using the bathroom and injured himself. We needed an immediate response to make the bathroom safe. Matthew responded to my request very quickly. He asked questions about the situation that showed he had the expertise we needed. He came to the house within a day of agreeing to perform the work and completed the most urgent task that day. He needed other tools to complete the installation of the grab bar drilled into the shower tiles, so he had to return at a later time. He communicated clearly when he could return and completed the task. Additionally, he cleaned up after his work and was pleasant to workMatthew Bruce exceeded our expectations.
