Only knock I had, was I was not there, so I only knew the work had started and finished via my ring cameras and technology. No one reached out each day to let me know the process like disconnecting the garage doors and leaving them 2” off the ground each night.I had to call Kirk and ask, but Kirk always answered my calls. Again, the quality was awesome, the stem walls looked great, and the floor is baller."

"Thunder Movers were very nice but they didn?t move fast enough and it cost me a lot more than the estimate I received. I gave Dottie a detailed list of the pieces of furniture that needed to be moved and received an estimate of 6 hours to move everything, or possibly less time than that. Dottie was very helpful on the phone and I told her we planned to move 80% of our boxes, lamps, artwork, bikes, and misc. garage items the week before so they would only need to move the furniture, appliances and remaining boxes from our 2200 sq ft house. The movers arrived a little late on Friday morning due to getting lost. They were polite and professional and took good care in shrink-wrapping and padding our furniture. They were careful moving through our house too. One mover was very experienced and the other one seemed like he was new, or possibly brand new, as he was being given instructions the entire time. After about 4 hours of packing the truck, they still were not done and the experienced mover told me they would not be able to get all of our things on the truck. He recommended that we move the rest of it ourselves the next day which added a huge amount of stress to our moving plans as we needed to be out of the house by 11:00 AM the next day. We paid Thunder $860 for the move which was not complete. Considering how much stuff we moved prior to Thunder arriving and all the stuff we had to move that they couldn?t fit into the truck, I was disappointed. I think the movers were slower than I would have expected because one was so new and there was a lot of talking and explaining going on between them all day. I understand that new employees may not be as efficient as experienced ones, but for my money it would have been nice to have had 2 experienced movers ? which is what I thought I was paying for. Maybe when they are training someone, they should send 3 movers for the price of 2 so that the training doesn?t slow down the actual moving."

"Installers were less than professional but competent enough. I provided all 3 fixtures new in the box but they still had to go for parts at least twice. They said they would come back with a switch wall plate to fit the dimmer switch they provided but I never heard from them again.
