We are a full service residential remodeling and home building company. we have been in business for 21 years. we pride ourselves on an integrated process that helps our clients see and visualize their project, create accurate materials and specifications, create realistic budgets, and help them from the first nail until long after the project is completed. We have 14 employees, and self perform all demolition, some framing carpentry depending on how large, siding, exterior trim, door and window installations, interior finish carpentry - doors, windows, mantels, stairs, wainscot, floor installations, all aspects of daily project management and client satisfaction.

Stone By Stone Construction LLC. is owned by Peter Warnke. Peter works with local sub-contractors who he has developed relationships with over his 12 years in the industry. Creating a consistent ongoing relationship with people in the industry allows budgets and schedules to be met on a consistent basis. We require no money down and bill projects on a completion basis once a month. If your project will be completed within a months time then you would only see one bill at the end of project. We accept credit cards but at this point offer no financing options.
