"We could not be happier with the work that Rick, Miguel and his crew did to replace our roof and repair the water damage at the base of our chimney! Before starting the job, Rick and Miguel carefully inspected everything and talked to us about options to solve our leaky roof problem. The next day we received estimates for each option that were very fairly priced. Other contractors (with A ratings and many more reviews on Angie's List) were not as accommodating and gave us higher estimates to do the same work. One contractor told us it wasn't worth their time to stop by to assess the job, unless we promised to replace the entire roof. Another contractor tried to up-sell us on items we clearly did not need (such as replacing gutters and gutter guards that are less than a year old). In contrast, Rick and Miguel were very accommodating in answering all of our questions in a timely fashion --- even when it required a few visits to our house to take measurements and perform further investigations on the leak issue. "Bruce was great! Was a little late, but called ahead of the appointment time to let us know he was running behind. He inspected the waterline from in the kitchen and within the crawl space. He determined that running the waterline from under the sink would be a much better option for the newer model dishwasher that we purchased. He rerouted the waterline, installed the dishwasher, turned the water and electrical back on then ensured it was running properly! We are very pleased with his work and plan to use them again in the future for home maintenance needs."

I called Charles on a Friday afternoon and he suggested Sunday as a good day for him to come round and assess the work.  Charles called around noon on Saturday and asked if he could come that afternoon.   Heck yes!   An appointment was set for today to carry out the work and a time frame of 8am - 9.30 am suggested for the start.   They arrived at 9 am.   The original request was just for the drainage work (cost $350) but my husband called in the meantime and asked them to look at the other two jobs.  

Both Charles and his helper are very personable.   All spaces they worked in were left clean and tidy.   All "trash" was bagged or placed where I requested.

I would not hesitate to call this company again for any job .. large or small. 

Update:   Charles "et all" came back and removed a window and the siding surrounding it.   He then reframed the area and replaced the window and siding.   He will be returning to replace the drywall.   Once again he did exactly what we requested both efficiently and in a timely manner.   We have been very pleased both with the standard of work and also his efforts to keep costs within reason.
