"I interviewed nine different companies for replacing my roof (complete tear off), skylights, gutters with leaf guards, shake siding with board and batten shutters. Most of the companies were pushy and would give a today only; price. Only two companies even gave me a quote at all. Tinos, the owner of Xpress Exterior Design, was not pushy at all and was the only one to give me an actual written quote before he left. It was very detailed. His explanation of his products were superior to their competition. The price was reasonable and a phenomenal value for the cost! I have been in the new homes business for over 24 years and know what quality is supposed to be, the materials used were top notch and were installed correctly. He allowed me to use the lender I had and was willing to go through hoops the lender needed his company to do in order to be on the lender;s contractor list. Kyle, the project manager, was fantastic and was always willing to make sure all details were handled correctly and took the time to answer questions we had through the build. The crew was amazing! Very hard working guys, friendly and artisans at the work they completed. The guys even saw rain running past a gutter and adjusted it without me asking. They all take pride in their work. Tinos, the owner, even came out to my house and spent quite a bit of time making sure all was going as planned. I can;t speak enough about the character and trustworthiness of the owner and his team, they are all amazing people and we will be hiring them in the future as we continue to remodel our new home!
