The last crew was on the roof for half an hour to install a roof vent and left without explanation or having installed the vent. Salesperson Robert S. was helpful in resolving installation concerns. We need better notifications on crew schedules and subcontractor delivery schedules."

They also owe me two pieces of granite that was left from the large stone to go under my Grandfather clock and a mini fridge. I feel that A Touch of Grace did not deliver the beautiful kitchen I was promised. Also the dishwasher was not properly reattached to the counter top. Every time i open it, it falls open. These project were in late August, early September still not resolved."
