She was also extremely upfront surrounding costs and that did not change throughout the process. He covered everything around to keep it protected. He was very professional and the price was reasonable. He placed everything back in place when he finished. The next day, I asked him about an existing post that wasn’t level, completely unrelated to his work, and he came back out that same day to take a look. He even offered to return and correct some existing posts while waiving the labor to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Great attitude, work ethic, and customer service.
