"Kody arrived on time and was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the garage door opener and garage door. He knew right away what the problem was when he duplicated the issue. Part replaced, door reprogrammed and now working like new. He explained in detail what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Also, the technology the company uses for notifications, tech name, invoicing(uses tablet) and payment is top notch! Will use again if I ever have any garage door issues. Thank you!!"

Joey figured out the issue was with my sensor in less than 10 minutes, had the replacement parts with him and had it fixed in under 30 minutes. And this was just supposed to be an estimate. He showed me where my old sensor had broken and was shorting out causing my door closing issue. As a courtesy he showed me how to program two replacement remotes I got from Amazon and then did the programming for me. He lubed up my springs and rollers as well. This company is the real deal! "After an initial review and estimate, it was clear we needed a new garage door and opener. The two installers were both courteous and meticulous while installing our new garage door and opener. They noticed a defect in the upper panel of our newly installed door, brought it to our attention and arranged for a replacement panel. Although the garage door was usable, the replacement panel was installed 8 days later. The defect, which I noticed when they left, would have effected the long term garage door performance and could result in further door damage. They accepted partial payment until the installation was completed. After the initial door installation, the installer helped us setup the MyQ WiFi system, program the wireless Keyless Entry system and explained programming of the remote controls in a manner that was clear and accurate. I had a number of questions answered including questions about not using LED light bulbs with the newly installed opener. He correctly explained that he was installing LED bulbs rated for garage door use. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with this garage door service company and their installers."

Dewayne sells all types and brands of garage doors, from basic uninsulated doors to the premium insulated doors that I purchased, along with the automatic openers. The doors were delivered and installed on schedule. He also made adjustments to the two existing doors on my attached garage for no additional charge while he was there. Later, I called Dewayne back to replace the existing doors on my attached garage to match my detached garage doors. Again, he was responsive, on time, and extremely neat and organized.
