"I was referred to WCS by the pest management company I normally use since they don’t deal with squirrels in the attic. This was one of the best referrals I’ve ever gotten! Tim from WCS arrived within 24 hours. He did a very thorough inspection of the attic spaces - even got into the hard-to-access part of the attic over the original part of the house. Tim is VERY knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was even willing to share insights on dealing with attic mice that I didn’t realize were present. He did a very thorough evaluation of the exterior of the house to identify any points of entry. In doing so, he also secured aluminum fascia and vinyl siding that had come loose over the past 21 years - all without being asked and all without charging a penny more. Since the squirrels had apparently vacated the soffit area prior to Tim’s arrival, he installed 2 traps at the point of access/egress - one to capture squirrels exiting and one to capture any that may try to re-enter. None were captured and Tim sealed the opening with aluminum. He was just great to deal with and I would highly recommend this company to anyone!"

He explained in detail what he saw,.. looked in all areas inside and outside my home and suggested exactly what I needed. He explained everything he was doing to rid my home of the animals and also explained the bait traps and items bait used assured me they were SAFE and EFFECTIVE. George was VERY honest in his price as well. In this day and age it is hard to find an HONEST, FAIR, dependable and knowledgeable person in this field. "Shysters! When contracting their services, the fine print states that unless you cancel the service a month in advance, they will continue to charge your credit card. Billing is so incompetent, I?ve been charged twice after the cancellation. Stick with Orkin. "

"I recently called Viking Pest to re-bait my rodent stations in the garage and outside. When they arrived, they refused to do that and told me that since I have a dog, their company policy no longer allows them to. I had the dog when I started service with them. In fact, 2 months prior to their policy change they sold me 2 outdoor bait stations for $75. So basically, they would like me to spend more money and buy into their Smart Rodent technology instead, as their only option claiming it’s safer. If they were offering it at the same cost then that might be an option but it’s not the case. I called multiple times asking for their service manager to call me as I was upset. Each time customer service would say I’d get a call within 48 hours and never did. I guess since Viking is owned by Anticimex a large corporation, they’ve lost sight of customer service. I am very disappointed with Viking Pest, I would not recommend them. If I could give the no stars I would."
