"This company is wonderful.  David was great at follow up and his guys did an amazing job at restoring my grout to the color it was supposed to be.  They didn't have to regrout the whole kitchen, which was great.  Instead, they used a color restoration and color matched the grout & resealed it.  The job was done very well and his guys were very nice, efficient and professional.  David gave me an estimate without seeing the job, but through pictures and approximate measurements.  He indicated in the estimate that the price could go up or down once they see the job site.  To my surprise, the job was smaller than they thought and he is going to refund me some of my money.  I can't express how grateful I am to find an honest person like him.  I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. <br />"

"The marble countertop of our our master bathroom sink had been etched in areas and the finish was uneven.  Jay refinished / re-polished the countertop and it looks like the day it was installed.  He also cleaned up and resealed the tumbled marble on our shower floor, and re-grouted the area.  I wasn't expecting much as the tile had seriously faded since its installation in 2008, but Jay brought it back to looking like new as well. <br /> Jay responded to us the same day that we contacted him.  He had an opening the following day and completed the work in one visit.  To say he is prompt, professional and talented is an understatement... he clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows. <br />"

"The grout technician was punctual, skilled, and strived for the highest quality work. He took the extra time for the regrouting to dry before he applied the silicone caulking. Furthermore, the technician was polite, willing to listen to the customer input, and he was very neat. He cleaned all the debris after the work was done, and he was careful to wear shoe slip overs in order not to dirty our floors. My wife was very appreciative for the shoe slip overs. I gave the highest rating for the work, and I have high praise for the grout technician."
