Rob and his crew showed up two weeks early (after letting me know, of course) and started work. Work started early (7:30 ish) everyday and they were respectful of my property, efficient, and friendly. In just a few days, they had my new deck completed - very professional job, everything came out great - I am extremely pleased with the entire process, from the very first day that I met Rob to final completion. Joe was on time to give his estimate and arrived as scheduled today to do the work.  He worked diligently.  Covered the stairs leading to the basement with drop cloths so that he wouldn't track in the wet from outside.  He was personable and competent.  I plan to hire him again in the Spring for some outdoor work on a wheel chair ramp.

Kimball came in and helped us figure a way that we could get it done on a budget that we could afford and have it done the right way. We have a roof that we know will last for a long time and that the ice and snow will not be a problem."

"They replaced the garage roof at my home.  It took forever to hear from them once we signed the contract.  The Roof itself looks great.  They kind of just showed up whenever the mood struck.  No specific times were ever given, even after they told us they were coming to do the roof.  The price was not what was agreed upon in the contract.  I called & asked if it was possible to have an approximate date (even within a week) when they were coming & they flat out said "No".  Most of the roofers did not speak English, so that was a problem.  They did not do a good job of cleaning up after themselves.  If I had not looked in the driveway after they left, I would have run over a nail!!  There were also other stray nails on the sidewalk & in the grass.  They did not do a very good job of cleaning up the whole area.  They were great until they got the contract signed... then not so great."
